Villa Alagoas is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom holiday villa in the western Algarve, uniquely positioned between Burgau and Praia da Luz.
As you enter the living room, you will find large French doors open inward, adding to the spacious and sun-filled interior. The space is a perfect example of how Villa Alagoas perfectly combines bohemian beach chic with a modern Mediterranean interior. White-washed walls and white tiled floors contrast with earthy touches of natural wood, a woven rug and a wooden coffee table.
A large cream sofa and two armchairs centre the space and look out over the garden to the deep blue Mediterranean Sea in the distance. The living room has a working fireplace, so if the nights turn cooler, guests can cosy up and enjoy the view with a glass of wine.
Adjoining the living area is the dining room with a large wooden dining table and chairs seating eight people. There are also two sets of double doors which can be opened to access the terrace outside, which has pool, garden and sea views.
Guests love to prepare their locally bought produce in the large, fully-equipped kitchen. Tastefully decorated, the kitchen has terracotta tiles and fixtures and fitting in neutral, earthy tones, in keeping with the villa's aesthetic.
The natural aesthetic carries into the four bedrooms, which boast wooden floors and crisp white walls. Each room is spacious and has a large bed, a wardrobe, natural fixtures and ample sun streaming into the space. The bathrooms are also tastefully decorated with colourful tiles blending with modern fittings.
Heading outside, guests will find themselves spoiled for choice for outdoor seating areas. The terrace has two sheltered outdoor dining areas with six seats, a sheltered poolside bench, sun loungers, and an outdoor sofa. Steps lead down from the terrace to the garden area, and the kidney-shaped pool with sea views is one of the highlights of the property. /n Security deposit /n A €50 damage waiver is included in the rental price to help you enjoy a peaceful stay. The waiver provides a limited damage cover in case of any damage to the property or its contents (except in the case of deliberate or reckless acts) up to the value of €1,500. Above €1,500, claims will be made to recoup the extra charges incurred to repair any damage.
