Villa Arrencao is a very beautiful, cosy villa situated riverside in the area of Lagoa. The villa is set on top of a hill, 750m from the river in the countryside. The villa is set on two levels and is extremely spacious and bright and provides comfortable furnishings in every room. This villa has five bedrooms and sleeps up to ten people which makes it a perfect villa for those larger groups of friends or families.
Your breath will be taken away by the stunning outdoor space that this villa has to offer. The swimming pool is set on a terrace, which is a little higher, so it allows you to view the stunning river and beautiful surroundings. There is ample space for you to relax around the pool and enjoy the lovely sunshine. What’s more, there is a lovely terrace for dining alfresco while enjoying the gorgeous views. The living and dining room is extremely inviting with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table and a flat screen television. This is a perfect area for dining and socialising where you can then exit onto the balcony to continue enjoying the Portuguese sunshine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and a coffee machine, and has plenty of space for preparing homecooked meals and dining in.
On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, two doubles and another twin, all of which have air conditioning and cable TVs. On the upper floor, you have the last two bedrooms, both of which have double beds and air conditioning. There is a stunning terrace on the upper floor, with furniture and a beautiful place to relax at any time of the day. You can also admire the beautiful views of the river from here.
