Villa Nexinha is a detached three-bedroom house comfortably sleeping seven guests, situated in rural Estoi. It is a well-kept, spacious villa with some lovely antique furniture. It is perfect for larger groups and families who are looking for a large living area and stunning countryside views.
Villa Nexinha offers a comfortable indoor space which is perfect for relaxing after days by the pool. With a living area on each floor, there is plenty of space for the whole group. The lower living room is more formal and benefits from satellite television, DVD player, comfortable sofas and direct access to the outside space. This leads off to the dining room, which can seat up to six guests comfortably, and the kitchen is just next door.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, coffee machine and a toaster. All of these amenities can be used at your pleasure for that perfect night in.
The bedrooms are split between the two floors. One queen-size bedroom is on the ground floor and benefits from its own private en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The remaining three bedrooms are upstairs and consist of two queen-size bedrooms and one single bedroom. These bedrooms all lead off the upstairs living area and share a spacious family bathroom.
The outdoor space has a large swimming pool which travels across the entire terrace, making it a clear focal point of the villa. There is a terrace sitting just up from the pool which has plenty of outdoor furniture, so you can relax while still being able to see the entire terrace where the swimming pool is. What’s great about this outdoor space is the fact that you can dine outside with the barbecue while enjoying the views of the surrounding countryside. As this villa is situated on a closed plot, there is an abundance of beautiful nature to admire, including fruit trees and olive trees.
