Villa Nemola is a detached four-bedroom house that can comfortably sleep eight people, situated in the district of Sitio do Cerro do Lobo. It is a well-kept, spacious villa perfect for larger groups and families who are looking for a large living area and plenty of space outside for you all to enjoy.
Villa Nermola boasts a comfortable and well-kept indoor space where your entire group can relax. With two living rooms to choose from, one downstairs and another on the first floor, there is plenty of space for everyone to unwind are days by the pool. The ground floor living room is more formal and offers a television and a decorative fireplace, while upstairs it is a smaller affair with comfortable sofas, ideal for socialising or reading a good book. The dining area is located in the kitchen, which has direct access to the garden and plenty of space and equipment to cook up a storm! A suitable dining table sits in this space, and provides enough space for all of the guests; what’s more, you can enjoy the satellite TV and internet access throughout the house.
You will find all of the bedrooms on the first floor, two of which are home to queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The remaining two bedrooms have two single beds and share a spacious family bathroom. All of the bedrooms have access to the balcony that circulates the villa, making the most of the countryside views. Air conditioning is available throughout the bedrooms and there is plenty of storage space, so pack as much as you like!
The outdoor space has a large and beautiful swimming pool which travels across the entire terrace, making it a clear focal point of the villa. There is plenty of outdoor furniture, a barbecue and even a pizza oven, all of which make dining alfresco even more exciting! There is also a sheltered terrace and balcony where you can enjoy the outdoor space out of the heat of the sun. To the front of the villa is a well maintained lawned area and a further terrace with outdoor seating, perfect for watching the kids run around while you relax in the shade, or join in with them! /n Security deposit /n €200 to be paid upon arrival and later refunded subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 4 pm /n Departure time /n 10 am /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes.
