Villa Lenicao is a detached three-bedroom house with a sea and countryside views, sleeping six guests. It is a well-kept, spacious villa perfect for larger groups and families who are looking for a large living area and plenty of space outside for you all to enjoy.
Villa Lenicao offers a large indoor space, so your entire group can relax comfortably in this living space. The living area provides a perfect place to socialise or relax, with comfortable furniture. From the living area, you can exit onto the terrace where you can relax and enjoys the views, or have the doors open during the day to allow a lovely breeze inside the villa. The dining area is located in the living area, with the kitchen just next door. The kitchen is equipped with all you could need to rustle up delicious homecooked meals, including an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, coffee machine and a toaster. What’s more, you can enjoy satellite TV, DVD, stereo and internet access throughout the house. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed with access to the terrace. On the upper floor, there are the last two double bedrooms with access to the roof terrace, which has stunning views of the countryside and beyond. There are two bathrooms, one of each floor, with ample room for all of the guests to comfortably use.
The outdoor space has a large and beautiful swimming pool which travels across the entire terrace, making it a clear focal point of the villa. There is also plenty of outdoor furniture and an outside shower. This villa sits in a closed plot with parking on the estate, perfect if you plan on hiring a car. There are three terraces with this villa, and two are roofed which is very handy for those guests that may need to escape the Portuguese sunshine, or for those that love to dine alfresco under some shade.
