The house is located in Castro Marim, an area which adjoins the Spanish border around 40 minutes east of Faro Airport. The large and peaceful garden features a poolside terrace with seating and sun loungers, to which several of the rooms inside have direct access.
With air-conditioning throughout, the villa has four en-suite double bedrooms with patio doors and views of the countryside. This is also the case in the large living room, which has a comfortable seating area with satellite television and DVD. An open-plan kitchen and dining area are next to the living room, with all you will need for cooking and entertaining.
The villa is just a short drive from the nearest beach at Altura, around 8-10km away, where you will also find bars, restaurants and shops. There is more to discover in the city of Vila Real de Santo António, around 12km from Moradia Aesuris. The city offers excellent amenities and lies on the River Guadiana, getting you even closer to the border with Spain.
In the opposite direction, you can head towards historic Faro or the beautiful Ria Formosa National Park. Numerous fine beaches line the coast, including Manta Rota, Alagoa and Verde, offering golden sands and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean.
