Inside the villa, you'll find a spacious living room with comfortable seating, perfect for game nights or movie marathons. The villa boasts three different eating areas, including two outdoor and one indoor dining area, making it easy to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, lunch outdoors with the BBQ, and dinner inside. The cosy kitchen is well-equipped and perfect for cooking delicious meals.
Villa Longo can accommodate up to eight guests, making it perfect for families or groups. The kids will love the room with two bunk beds, while the other rooms feature twin or double beds. All bedrooms include air conditioning for those hot nights, and there are two bathrooms in the villa, one with a bath and the other with a standing shower and waterfall showerhead. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Smoking Allowed? /n Smoking and Vaping are not permitted. /n Minimum stay /n 4 nights during low season. All other durations upon request. /n Heating costs included? /n Not incluided in the rental price, available at an extra cost of €30 per day to be paid with the balance to Oliver's Travels (mandatory fee between Oct-April). /n Pool heating charge? /n For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €40/night (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival.
