Just 4km from the beach and 2km from the centre of Cascais, Villa Faustina is a stunning seven-bedroom property on the Lisbon Coast. This modern villa is perfect for a larger group, accommodating up to twenty people and offering a large garden with a terrace and private pool.
The outdoor space includes a dining area with seating for sixteen on the terrace, as well as a barbecue and an 8m x 4m swimming pool. There’s plenty of room to sit and relax under the covered area of the terrace, or lounge around on the lawn close to the poolside.
The house covers three levels, with the main living areas on the ground floor. You will find a living room, library and dining room here, with direct access out to the terrace. A fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and all the appliances you would expect, while television and DVD can be found in the living room.
Two of the bedroom suites, including the master, are also on this level, both with their shower room. On the first floor are four more bedrooms – two doubles, a twin, and one with four single beds, making this a great family choice.
On the lower ground floor, you have an additional double bedroom and bathroom, with access to the garden. Up to two sofa-beds and four single beds can also be placed on this level for extra guests if needed.
Cascais has much to see, with its historic centre, marina and beautiful beaches like Guincho and Carcevelos, while the dramatic cliffs of the Boca do Inferno, pounded by the crashing waves of the Atlantic, have become an attraction in their own right.
The Sintra-Cascais Natural Park is stunning too, with Sintra itself well worth exploring, while in Estoril, you’ll find the famous casino which inspired the creation of James Bond. It puts on some great entertainment and has lovely views from its gardens.
