Located on the Lisbon Coastline, Villa Deolinda is an homely private villa sleeping up to twelve guests. Just a short drive from Cascais and on the edge of the Sintra-Cascais National Park, you are ideally located for exploring this picturesque corner of Portugal.
Even from the outside, Villa Deolinda is a beautiful buildingor. You’re welcomed into an airy, light hallway, and as you move through to the open-plan lounge and dining room, the understated décor make this huge social space inviting and relaxing.
The modern furnishings continue into the well-appointed kitchen which is more than big enough to rustle-up dinner for big family gatherings or celebrations with friends. Such a stylish venue is ideal for both.
Two twin bedrooms are found on the ground floor, both en-suite and featuring floor-length windows. On the first floor, there are a further three bedrooms. Classically decorated with wooden floors and white, cooling walls, the master bedroom is en-suite featuring a hydromassage shower and your very own balcony.
This can be your treat at the beginning and end of each day. Sit, read, sip a nightcap and enjoy the view. The further two bedrooms are equally welcoming and comprise a queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom and another twin bedroom, also en-suite.
Villa Deolinda features a Garden House with a twin bedroom and en-suite bathroom. If you’re sharing with family, this fantastic annexe to the main house is ideal for grandparents or a younger couple who may want to escape to their own space. Equally, two older children would love the independence of sleeping out here.
The Garden House is framed by greenery. Next, to it, you’ll find your covered dining area. Complete with a work surface, sink, barbecue and view of the pool, this is where you will retreat to during the hot Portuguese afternoons. For those sun-seekers who love to bask in the heat, you’re only a hop, skip and jump from the pool terrace. Pick a sun lounger and lie back.
It’s only from this corner of your delightful outdoor space that you realise just how beautiful Villa Deolinda is. The potted palms, the manicured lawn, the terracotta-tiled terrace, the mature trees surrounding your spacious garden. Fabulous! Relax and let the rest of the day melt away.
The focus of the afternoon will be your fabulous private pool. With attractive roman steps leading you into the irresistible water, it’s all yours for splashing and swimming until the sun goes down.
