Villa Catina is comfortable and well-equipped, with plenty of rooms that offer flexible living. Its decor provides a warm look and feel throughout and makes this villa a real home from home.
The accommodation is set over several floors, with the basement home to a bedroom with twin beds and a sofa bed for two children. There’s also a bathroom and a games room.
On the ground floor is a living room with comfortable sofas and chairs that sit around an impressive fireplace. Doors open out to the pool terrace and further outside space. The dining room has a large table and further doors that take you into the garden. The fitted kitchen is well-equipped and spacious, making it ideal for socialising while cooking. There’s also a bedroom with a double bed and a toilet for extra convenience.
To the first floor are a further three bedrooms. The master suite features a double bed, a sofa bed for one additional person, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. In the other bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a total of two single beds – with one pulling out from the other and remaining at floor level. There’s a lovely family bathroom for use by all guests.
Within the outside space, there are terraces with areas of outdoor furniture for relaxing and dining. The garden is home to a beautiful partially-covered barbecue and dining space and a swimming pool.
