As you step into the grand entrance hall on the ground floor, you’re immediately drawn into the spacious living room, where expansive glass doors reveal a terrace overlooking the sea. This outdoor seating area is ideal for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply soaking in the breathtaking scenery. Adjacent to the living room, you’ll find a stylish dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, offering every modern convenience for dining and entertaining.
On the first floor, four elegant double bedrooms each come with en-suite bathrooms for ultimate privacy and comfort. The master suite is particularly impressive, with sliding glass doors on two sides opening onto a large terrace, offering panoramic sea views that make every morning a delight.
Moving up to the second floor, a fifth en-suite bedroom awaits, equally spacious and inviting. The villa also includes a well-appointed basement with a garage and private staff quarters, ensuring both convenience and privacy.
The exterior of Villa Calluna is equally captivating. A vast lawn surrounds a heated swimming pool, with plenty of sun loungers for relaxing under the Portuguese sun. A shaded dining area with a barbecue invites you to enjoy al fresco meals in a peaceful, natural setting. Fully fenced and equipped with air conditioning, heating, and laundry facilities, Villa Calluna offers everything needed for a luxurious, worry-free stay. /n Security deposit /n €2500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 3.00 - 8.00 p.m. /n Departure time /n 10.00 a.m. /n Energy costs included? /n Yes, included in the rental price. /n Linen & towels included? /n Yes, included in the rental price. /n Pets welcome? /n Not allowed. /n Other Ts and Cs /n Please note, arrival out of schedule will require an additional fee of €50. /n Other Ts and Cs /n Please note, grocery shopping is available at an additional cost of €80 per booking. /n Changeover day /n Flexible. /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Extra €500 to be paid to Oliver’s Travels with final balance. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Smoking Allowed? /n Smoking & Vaping are not permitted. /n Minimum stay /n 4 nights. /n Heating costs included? /n Yes, included in the rental price. /n Pool heating charge? /n For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €150 per day (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. /n Tax /n Please be aware that Tourist Tax mandated by local authorities may apply to your stay and is subject to change; this is an additional fee to be paid locally to the owner. The charge will be €4 per person for a max of 7 nights. /n Internet access? /n Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is included in rental price.
