In beautiful Cascais on the Lisbon Coast, Villa Anselmo is little more than 30 minutes’ drive from the Portuguese capital. With four bedroom suites and an outdoor pool, this charming villa is an excellent choice for golf lovers, at just 500m from the Quinta da Marinha Golf Resort.
Villa Anselmo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across three floors. As well as a private pool, this villa has a lawned area and poolside terrace, where you will find a dining area and seating. You can position your sun lounger right in the sun or take advantage of the covered area for some shade.
Inside the house, the living room is large and light, with comfortable sofas and armchairs and a flatscreen TV. This room is accessible directly from the terrace via patio doors and flows through to the dining space, which is perfect for a more formal dinner. Large glass cabinets are filled with all the glassware and tableware you may need. A fully equipped kitchen, again with direct access outside, forms another attractive area.
In the basement, you will find an additional living area with Smart TV, a games room with a pool table and a sofa-bed, and a bathroom. This is great for children or any other guests who enjoy a little more independence.
The four bedrooms are all en suite, with a bathtub, shower or both. One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor, while another double and two twin bedrooms are upstairs.
With its marina, beaches and eye-catching buildings, Cascais is an attractive town and lies just south of the stunning Sintra-Cascais Natural Park – a vast area of natural beauty which stretches all the way to the Atlantic. Other attractions nearby include the huge casino at Estoril, less than 6km from Villa Anselmo. The town of Sintra is well worth a visit too.
