Here, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen perfect for culinary creations, a spacious games room with a pool table for endless entertainment, a comfortable double bedroom, and a handy laundry room. Upstairs, four additional bedrooms offer serene privacy, each featuring a balcony with garden views, and are paired with four bathrooms for ultimate convenience.
Step outside to a beautifully landscaped garden, where a sparkling swimming pool awaits, complete with optional heating for year-round enjoyment. Unwind with family and friends in the sunken sofa seating area or dine al fresco in the covered dining space overlooking the lawn. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Internet access? /n Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on the local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service. /n Minimum stay /n 4 nights. /n Changeover day /n Flexible. /n Pets welcome? /n Not allowed. /n Smoking Allowed? /n Smoking & Vaping are not permitted. /n Tax /n Please be aware that Tourist Tax mandated by local authorities may apply to your stay and is subject to change; this is an additional fee to be paid locally to the owner.
