The main swimming pool is accompanied by a children’s pool which can be used as a hot tub, and an outdoor dining area in the covered area of the terrace provides a shaded spot for breakfast or dinner. You also have a barbecue, seating areas and a large garden, as well as several sun loungers lined up around the pool.
On the ground floor, the villa has a large living area with French doors opening onto the terrace. There is a comfortable seating area with TV and DVD, plus a dining table and chairs and a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with facilities including a dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge freezer.
Also on this level are a laundry room, guest cloakroom and four twin bedrooms, all with en-suite and one with access to the poolside. Upstairs, you will find three more en-suite twin bedrooms, each with access to a small terrace.
The villa is well located for a variety of bars, restaurants and shops around Carvoeiro, many less than 1km away. This popular resort boasts excellent beaches including centrally-located Praia do Carvalho, Praia de Benagil, Praia de Vale de Centeanes and the highly-rated Praia da Marinha.
The larger city of Portimão is around 10km away, a great shopping destination and home to an attractive marina and the famous Praia da Rocha beach. Younger visitors will love the area’s adventure parks, like Slide & Splash, while a trip a little further north into the mountains of Monchique will be a rewarding experience for everyone.
