Nestled on the outskirts of Porches, this sleepy villa promises heaps of rest and relaxation in the sun with your family and friends. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel safe with entry via a security gate and a large private driveway to park your cars.
Inside the villa, rustic Portuguese decor greets you, truly making you feel like you’re in a home rather than a hotel. Your living room has lots of seating space with a mix of sofas and armchairs and has a Tv which you can all use to watch your favourite shows and movies via the DVD player.
You have a fully-equipped kitchen indoors and a barbecue area outside, which are yours to use whenever you like throughout your stay. Similarly, Alporchinhos Rosa has both indoor and outdoor dining spaces with a large indoor dining area and a cost outdoor dining space beside the barbecue.
Alporchinhos Rosa has four bedrooms spread across two floors with two bedrooms on each floor. On the ground floor, you’ll find two twin bedrooms, one of which has its own private en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom and another twin bedroom, both having private en-suite bathrooms.
On the upper level, you can access a lovely terrace that offers beautiful views over the surrounding area and the ocean beyond. When the sun’s out, the upper terrace is also an ideal sun terrace for those who love to catch the rays.
Outside you’ll find the highlight of the villa; your very own private swimming pool. Large enough to accommodate a full house, the private swimming pool is perfect for relaxing and cooling off from the Mediterranean sun. Surrounding the swimming pool are comfortable sun loungers and parasols for shade.
In the garden, you’ll also find a full-sized ping pong table and a small putting green which you can use whenever you want. /n Security deposit /n A €50 damage waiver is included in the rental price to help you enjoy a peaceful stay. The waiver provides a limited damage cover in case of any damage to the property or its contents (except in the case of deliberate or reckless acts) up to the value of €1,500. Above €1,500, claims will be made to recoup the extra charges incurred to repair any damage.
