An ideal holiday villa that comfortably sleeps a group of fourteen. The villa is located in a quieter part of Vilamoura and its large ground make it ideal for families with children. Being close to Albufeira and Boliqueime, you are spoilt by having several high-quality golf courses and restaurants in close proximity.
Fenced off and protected by trees, the wonderful outdoor area is ideal for allowing kids to run around in the weather, enjoy the table tennis, table football, a square of grass with a swing and the swimming pool. Watch on from the comfort of the outdoor furnishings and recline with a drink in the sun. Two recently build detached-annexes offer guests a large dining space with a build in barbeque grill and an en-suite bedroom with a double bed, immediately overlooking the patio and swimming pool.
Re-enter the villa through the kitchen, which is fitted with an island and all the appliances required to create magnificent feasts. The lounge and dining space have high ceilings, which ensure these rooms remain incredible cool throughout the day. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor. Two of these bedrooms are en-suite, the larger of which accommodates four guests. The bedroom with two single beds has access to a communal bathroom, fitted with a Jacuzzi. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. /n Tax /n Please be aware that a Tourist Tax mandated by local authorities may apply to your stay and is subject to change; this is an additional fee to be paid locally to the owner. The charge will be 2 Euros p.p for a max of 5 nights and 1 Euro p.p from March to November.
