Located between Carvoeiro and Portimão, Villa Belinha is a modern, 5-bedroom house in Ferragudo. Just 150m from the beach, and within easy walking distance of the village centre, this villa is both comfortable and contemporary, with a spacious terrace and a beautiful private pool.
Head up to the rooftop terrace at Villa Belinha and you will really be able to appreciate its magnificent location. The Atlantic Ocean is enticingly close, and you have a great view of it from the villa. Other outdoor areas offer you seating and dining areas, a barbecue, bar and fireplace, plus you have plenty of loungers to settle on beside the palm-fringed pool.
The house itself boasts air conditioned bedrooms and has underfloor heating in most areas. There’s a relaxing lounger with warming stove and flatscreen TV and a very modern kitchen equipped with American-style fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and an island. Largely decorated in white, the villa has a clean, contemporary style, and lots of natural light flood into the interior.
Five bedrooms all feature a king or queen-size bed, and each one has its own en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also direct access to the terrace from every bedroom. For added flexibility, all of the beds are separable too.
With TV, DVD, a Sonos sound system and Wi-Fi, the villa is well equipped for tech. It’s child-friendly too, with a cot and high-chair available for the very youngest guests.
Ferragudo is a small but pretty village, enjoying beautiful views across the River Arade towards its much larger neighbour, Portimão. There is a selection of cafés and restaurants in the main square and on the harbour, and Ferragudo is a fine starting point for a clifftop walk towards nearby Carvoeiro. There are several charming beaches to discover along the way, and they are certainly worth stopping for.
