Located just 200m from the beach, Villa Corda is a luxurious and spacious holiday home in the heart of the Algarve that oozes sweet family charm. With four bedrooms, this villa sleeps up to ten guests comfortably, making it the ideal choice for a large family, group of friends or multiple couples seeking a fun and relaxing holiday. The exterior of Villa Corda is truly stunning; a small fish pond greets guests as they enter the property, and there are all kinds of exotic plants and trees surrounding the perimeter, providing privacy for guests. At the back of the house sits the stunning pool area, where guests can cool off from the blazing Algarve heat in the crystal clear water, or top up their tan on one of the many indulgent sun loungers with a good book and a drink in hand. A lush green lawn encircles the villa, providing plenty of room for exploring and having fun with the family! There is a lovely dining table and seating area under a pretty pergola, where you can simply relax or enjoy alfresco meals with loved ones, prepared on the fantastic barbecue. Next to the outdoor dining area is a built-in fire pit, where everyone can gather after a delicious meal and spend some quality time together.
Inside, the villa is bright and airy with high ceilings and plenty of space for everyone to come and go as they please. A large central living area provides plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, with a fireplace and a TV for late night movies. The dining area provides a casual but lovely setting for a dinner party, and the fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of prep space and state-of-the-art appliances. Elegant French doors flood the entire property with light and allow a seamless flow between the indoors and outside. Three bedrooms can also be found downstairs; these are comprised of a double en suite, as well as two twin rooms that share a bathroom. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine above the living room with a double bed. All four of the bedrooms offer stylish serenity and unadulterated comfort, each with their own gorgeous interior ensuring that guests feel at home during their stay in the villa. The bathrooms are also a good size and finished to a very high standard. There is also a snooker table and table football in the basement garage for those with a competitive streak!
Should you wish to explore outside the villa, there is a vast variety of activities nearby to entertain the whole family. The nearest beach is just a short stroll away, and Albufeira beckons with its exciting nightlife, wonderful restaurants and fabulous shopping. Vilamoura is also close by, with a fantastic marina and excellent golf courses on offer, what more could guests want? Faro airport is under an hours’ drive away, meaning getting there could not be easier.
