Quinta do Oura is a modern, spacious villa sleeping six guests in three bedrooms, though two sofabeds in the living area could accommodate a further two guests. This lovely villa is situated in Albufeira’s New Town, in the party area of ‘The Strip’ and just above the wonderful Praia da Oura. The villa is in a lovely central, sunny position with a delightful garden, terrace and swimming pool. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and the beach are all on the doorstep or within easy walking distance. This villa is only available to families or responsible adults over 25 years old.
Albufeira is an excellent holiday destination with a great nightlife, a fabulous, atmospheric Old Town, a beautiful promenade and cliff walk around the town beaches offering spectacular sunset views and an incredible range of entertainment. There are world-class golf courses, water parks, zoos, high ropes adventure parks, historic villages and boutique designer shopping opportunities all close by.
The whitewashed Quinta do Oura boasts a warm, inviting ambience. The garden is superb with a lush lawn and colourful planting. The 7m x 4m swimming pool is surrounded with a paved terrace, sun loungers and alfresco dining furniture. There is a barbecue and plenty of space surrounding this villa. The garden is bordered with a high hedge, so this villa feels very private.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is modern, comfortable and sleek with a feature fireplace and two sofabeds in the living area. The kitchen is contemporary, fully-fitted and has a small breakfast bar. You will find three smart, spacious bedrooms at Quinta do Oura, two of which have twin beds and the other a double bed. There are two bathrooms to share, one being a shower room, and the other has a bath. They are well-maintained and spacious.
