Welcome to Casa Bussola, a beautiful modern six-bedroom villa located on the outskirts of Carvoeiro. The villa itself is set in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a few minutes' drive away from the town centre.
With bright white-washed walls and modern architecture, Casa Bussola is the perfect destination for a glamorous villa break. The striking modern design casts a striking presence against the more traditional residences that surround it. Inside, clean modern decor invites you to make yourself at home alongside clean contemporary decor.
A large open-plan living space is yours to make your own during your stay. Your comfortable living room has plenty of seating that surrounds a large screen TV. Behind the living space sits a spacious combined kitchen and diner. The kitchen features all the amenities you need to create dishes the whole group can enjoy using around the dinner table.
Six comfortable bedrooms are yours to choose from, each dressed in iconic Mediterranean blues and whites. Five bedrooms are located across the villa’s two levels, comprising of a mixture of single and double beds, and all have their own en-suite bathroom. The sixth bedroom, located on the upper level, is slightly smaller with a single and pull out bed within and also doesn’t have its own bathroom facilities.
On the upper level, a spacious wrap-around terrace provides space to relax and take in views of the surrounding neighbourhood and landscape. A second terrace is located on ground level which contains further recreational spaces.
An additional dining table and a barbecue area are located on the lower terrace, perfect for casual dining in the fresh air. Here, you’ll also find a large private swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers.
No matter how long your stay at Casa Bussola is, you can rest assured that every convenience is taken care of so you can truly rest and relax. /n Security deposit /n A €50 damage waiver is included in the rental price to help you enjoy a peaceful stay. The waiver provides a limited damage cover in case of any damage to the property or its contents (except in the case of deliberate or reckless acts) up to the value of €1,500. Above €1,500, claims will be made to recoup the extra charges incurred to repair any damage. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Smoking Allowed? /n Not permitted. /n Other 2 /n Extra cot/high chair are 25€ per item, per week to be paid at the time of the booking with the balance.
