Welcome to Casale La Fazia, a beautiful country retreat which sleeps groups of up to sixteen meticulously restored by the Florentine owners. A combination of artisans from the areas of Tuscany and Umbria have worked tirelessly to refurbish the Casale to its current hybrid of traditional Tuscan rustic style and sophisticated elegance. The property is set on a slope, surrounded by olive and oak trees, off a very quiet road and looking out over the beautiful Lake Trasimeno. Each of the floors benefits from a stunning view out over the lake.
The house is built from local stone and chestnut and the walls have been delicately hand painted in tasteful and natural tones. Under your feet the floors have been laid with traditional Umbrian tiles. Casale La Fazia perfectly combines comfortable and typical Tuscan country furnishings with all the mod cons you could desire, including a fantastically equipped kitchen and lovely modern bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have been decorated in their own individual style and colour scheme and what's more, they all benefit from their own ensuite facilities.
Additional facilities at the Casale La Fazia include a games room with pool table, large mosaic tiled pool and changing rooms. There is plenty of outdoor space where children can play between the olive trees.
