Villa Giacomo holds a much-desired location within the beautiful region of Sicily, on the slopes of Mount Etna close to the village of Trecastagni where a range of helpful amenities can be found. The villa boasts plenty of character and charm while the large gardens give a sense of privacy and tranquillity. It is the perfect choice for families looking for a relaxing escape in a rural setting but with all the comforts and amenities of modern living.
The villa boasts lovely interiors with traditional Sicilian style and unique architectural details and decorations. A sense of character and warmth is created by the vaulted ceilings, terracotta floors, thick stone walls and colourful antique furniture. Villa Giacomo can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests across six spacious bedrooms. On the ground floor guests are greeted by the main living accommodation which comprises of a spacious living and dining area as well as a fully-equipped kitchen which comes complete with all the necessary amenities for a more than comfortable stay. Heading upstairs on the first floor are two double bedrooms both boasting en-suite bedrooms, a further double or twin room as well as a family bathroom. Also on this level is a single bedroom which would be perfect for a child. Going back downstairs to the lower ground floor, guests will find a further double or twin room and a second single room as well as a handy family bathroom.
The outdoor space has the real wow factor, the large gardens shaded by Mediterranean trees and plants help create a sense of privacy and exclusivity, a magical oasis for the whole family to enjoy. The large private pool is the perfect spot to soak up the tranquil surroundings and admire the views. Guests will enjoy the opportunity to dine al fresco on the terrace while enjoying the Sicilian summer sun!

Flexible during all other periods. /n Tax /n Italian Visitors Tax payable locally in cash (typically costs €1-€3 per adult per night- please enquire if exact amount is required). /n Insurance /n Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay. /n Internet access? /n Wi-Fi internet access included. /n Pets welcome? /n Not allowed. /n Smoking Allowed? /n Outside only. /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes and 3 hours mid-stay cleaning included. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Pool opening dates? /n The pool is open approximately April to end-October.
