Talamon Tower is a distinctive villa with a unique history, set in a stunning location overlooking the azure waters of the Maremma. Originally an ancient watchtower, the villa has been meticulously restored, offering breathtaking sea views from its terraces and pool area. A private walkway leads to a rocky beachfront, shared with an adjacent family villa.
Upon entering, the right wing features a cozy dining room with a fireplace, which connects to two double bedrooms. On the left, a fully equipped kitchen and an additional double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom are located.
The first floor, accessible via a staircase, hosts a bright lounge with air conditioning, a seating area with sofas, satellite TV, a DVD player, and a fireplace. At the opposite end is a dining area and kitchenette. This space opens onto a furnished terrace, ideal for al fresco dining with panoramic views extending to the Tuscan islands of Giglio and Montecristo.
A separate staircase leads to the ancient watchtower, which houses a charming double bedroom with a fireplace, a dressing area, and a bathroom with a shower. The tower also offers access to a small terrace with sweeping sea views.
Adjacent to the main villa is an air-conditioned annex (guest house) with a sitting room and two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms.
The villa boasts several relaxing outdoor spaces, including a panoramic terrace and a lower deck area surrounding the swimming pool (6m x 4m). A barbecue area offers the perfect setting for dining while watching the sunset. The nearby Maremma National Park is ideal for exploring, and the town of Fonteblanda, just over 1 km away, provides shops and amenities. The villa is also a short drive from numerous picturesque towns and beaches along the coast. /n Security deposit /n €1500 paid in cash to the owner upon arrival and refunded upon departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n Between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. Check-in outside this time may be subject to an extra cost.
