The villa is located a mere fifteen minutes from Siena, and less than 45 minutes from the cultural centre of Florence. Originally built in the early 15th century, this outstanding villa was renovated between 1996 and 1998 and is now one of the preeminent ultra luxury villas in the region. Set on a spacious and charming estate, the villa is encircled by gorgeous gardens where you'll be enchanted by the gorgeous flowers, fruit and olive trees.

Villa Carli is the ultimate villa for those wishing to experience luxury at its finest! /n Security deposit /n €6000 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, and €5000 paid for each week booked via bank transfer upon balance payment and refunded upon departure. /n Arrival time /n 4.00 p.m. Check-in outside this time may be subject to an extra cost. /n Changeover day /n Saturday. All other days on request. /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes and general housekeeping between 8:30am - 1pm (up to 26 persons). However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Smoking Allowed? /n Outside only. /n Minimum stay /n 7 nights. /n Pool opening dates? /n The pool is open from beginning of May to end of October, approximately.
