Villa La Ganza is perched hillside on the site of the Marquis of Ganzeria’s old hunting lodge, offering incredible views of the southern coastline, from the lighthouse of Punta Secca to Capo Bianco. The large swimming pool is perfectly positioned for the panoramic vista and guests can use the outdoor kitchen to prepare a delicious al fresco meal. With a tennis court and complimentary welcome pack containing basic essentials, you’ll feel pampered.
This holiday villa’s décor is magnificent, with modern furnishings that blend with the landscape. All six bedrooms have luxurious private bathrooms and air conditioning. Many areas will make the most of the property’s breathtaking views. Dine in the fully equipped kitchen or a more formal dining area.

The villa’s location in Santa Croce Camerina means an easy drive to the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Ragusa, Modica and Scicli, famous for their Baroque architecture. You’ll want to spend time on the golden sandy beaches of Punta Secca, a charming fishing village. The owner can help you organise sailing, wine tasting and other tours too. /n Security deposit /n €500 paid in cash to the owner upon arrival and refunded upon departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 4.00 p.m. /n Departure time /n 10.00 a.m. /n Changeover day /n Saturday. /n Minimum stay /n 7 nights during peak season (short-breaks may be possible on request outside end June-end August). /n Pets welcome? /n On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
