You’ll be warmly welcomed at this commanding hillside villa in Tuscany, a one-of-a-kind retreat far above city life. You're greeted with a basket full of breakfast food and regional specialties to start your villa holiday on the right foot. The owners are invested in your comfort - a daily cleaning service is included, and they’re happy to arrange tours of Florence, cooking or art lessons, and more (just ask!).
The view from the terrace will take your breath away - here you're above it all. The private swimming pool overlooks Val d'Arno, and is built into the side of the hill (a jump from the little diving board will feel extra-daring!) After your swim you'll certainly want to hit the sauna in the spa.
Inside your holiday villa, the decor is charming and unique - high ceilings, and light colours contrast with the sober wooden beams overhead and the occasional antique armoire. Even the formal dining room and chef’s kitchen feel light and airy. There is both a main house and a 2 bedroom annex, for those who require more privacy. All this may feel a million miles away, but it's not - Florence is only 14 km away.

Cleaning:There is 4 hours a day cleaning. /n Insurance /n It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
/n Other Ts and Cs /n The spa and fitness center (sauna, whirlpool, and fitness equipment) is an additional cost of €1000 per week this must be requested at the time of booking, plus €100 for the final clean. /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Extra €400 per week for up to 11 guests (extra €100 is required for more guests), paid locally. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Pets welcome? /n On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. /n Changeover day /n Saturday from end-June to end-August. Flexible during all other periods. /n Smoking Allowed? /n Outside only. /n Pool towels included? /n Yes. /n Pool opening dates? /n The pool is open approximately April to end-September. Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
