Villa Agrioli sits in a gorgeous spot in the Tuscan countryside and enjoys a tremendous view from all angles. Located in peaceful Radicofani the surrounding land is quiet and open, and the interior of the villa mirrors the relaxed environment.
There is tile flooring throughout the villa which is lovely and cool underfoot and a large communal space provides a place to come together with family and friends and enjoy a game of pool. The residence sleeps 10 guests across 5 double bedrooms. The living room is cosy with comfortable sofas huddled around the fireplace – perfect for a night in. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to knock together a fantastic meal.
Outside is a large swimming pool and gazebo with magnificent panoramic views and the patio has a barbecue for casual poolside soirées. Guests can end the day with a soak in the relaxing bath with hot tub features and a glass of bubbles – what a way to unwind! /n Security deposit /n €500 paid in cash to the owner upon arrival and refunded upon departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 4.00 p.m. /n Departure time /n 10.00 a.m. /n Energy costs included? /n Yes. /n Linen & towels included? /n Yes. /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Extra €100 per week, payable locally. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Insurance /n Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
