Dione design apartments is a recently renovated apartment complex in the heart of the island of Ortigia, behind the Temple of Apollo and the colourful local market.
The main apartment, located on the first floor of the historic building, is spread over two levels, accessible by either lift or stone stairs. Some apartments have been adapted to accommodate guests with disabilities, with architectural barriers reduced as much as possible. The main apartment consists of an entrance leading to a large living room and equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. On the second level, there is a second double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and laundry, and an equipped panoramic terrace for the exclusive use of guests. The beds in the bedrooms can be made into singles on request.
All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with LED TV and WiFi.
The apartment is located within the limited traffic zone (ZTL) and does not offer parking service. Guests can park at the Talete car park before checking in, following the appropriate signs that lead to the car park without entering the ZTL.
Guests are informed that the rented property is not a hospitality facility, and therefore hotel-type personal services (reception, accommodation surveillance, meals and drinks, cleaning and linen changes, transfers) are excluded by law. As a result, any additional services will be provided in collaboration with qualified external partners and will be considered as extras.
