This fabulous 19th century villa is air conditioned throughout with six generous bedrooms. Split into three different apartments with independent entrances, the villa is the perfect holiday hideaway for families and friends who want to stay together, but maintain some privacy.
Inside, the farmhouse is blessed with an abundance of natural light, high, exposed-beam ceilings and arched entranceways. Beautiful mismatched furniture, colourful rugs and tilework create a rustic, refined space that really feels like a home.
Stepping outside, the views will blow you away. Take a dip in the pool, lounge on the day bed, take a book to the hammock or enjoy a picnic in the shade. If you feel like exploring the area, there are plenty of tourist towns just a short drive away. /n Security deposit /n €1000 paid in cash to the owner upon arrival and refunded after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 4.00 p.m. /n Departure time /n 10.00 a.m. /n Energy costs included? /n Yes, except air-conditioning (extra cost, paid locally). /n Heating costs included? /n €450, paid locally. /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Yes, plus daily cleaning (Monday - Saturday). However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Linen & towels included? /n Yes, changed twice a week. /n Changeover day /n Saturday. /n Minimum stay /n 7 nights (short-breaks may be possible on request outside end June-end August). /n Pets welcome? /n On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €25 per pet per day will apply (paid locally). /n Smoking Allowed? /n Outside only. /n Pool opening dates? /n Please note that pool opening dates are subject to local weather conditions and pool maintenance requirements and that cooler months may not be suitable for swimming.
