This one-storey, detached stone house boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a modern countryside view. With a capacity to sleep six to eight guests, it's an ideal haven for families or groups seeking a relaxing holiday.
The ground floor has a spacious, light, airy, open-plan living space with double doors that access the well-maintained grounds and gardens. The seating area has a raspberry-pink three-seater sofa bed and a welcoming fireplace for those cooler months and evenings. The crisp, clean, white, modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances you will need to cater for your holiday, including an oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and that must-have Italian coffee maker. The adjacent six-seater dining set is perfect for shared meals. A helpful service room is fitted with a washing machine and iron.
There are three spacious, well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, and an ensuite, bright monochrome bathroom with a shower, hand basin, bidet, and WC. The bedroom has access to the garden, just right for rolling out of bed for a swim before breakfast. Two additional bedrooms have double beds and fitted wardrobes and share a convenient large bathroom with a walk-in shower, hand basin, bidet, and WC.
Outdoors, the 2000m2 enclosed grounds feature a meticulously manicured lawn populated by fruit trees, creating a serene backdrop. The private, step-entry swimming pool takes centre stage and is long enough for a few lengths or cooling afternoon dips. Soak the sun on the surrounding loungers and refresh under the outdoor shower. A veranda is home to an inviting soft seating area, best enjoyed at cocktail hour, watching the sunset. Meet for supper at the alfresco dining set, served with freshly grilled BBQ dishes.
