This one-storey, detached villa, boasting three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, seamlessly blends traditional and contemporary elements. Surrounded by its own grounds and gardens, the villa provides an idyllic escape for up to six guests, ideal for a family holiday, or a group of friends’ getaway.
The ground floor of the villa is a thoughtfully designed living space with direct access to the garden. The seating area has a comfy three seater sofa, and three matching armchairs. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with the latest amenities, including an oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and that must-have morning coffee machine. An eight-seater dining set with a smart television is perfect for some indoor entertaining.
There are three simply-appointed spacious double bedrooms. The master bedroom, has a double bed, beside tables, a wardrobe, and a flat screen television, and opens onto the countryside view garden, patio, and veranda. The second bedroom has a double bed, a television, and garden access, whilst the third has a double bed and a direct link to the outdoors. The villa has two huge and beautifully-appointed bathrooms with walk-in showers, hand basins, and WCs. A handy service room with a washing machine and iron, along with shared closet space, complete the living space.
The exterior of the villa is equally inviting, with extensive grounds and gardens, populated with scented fruit trees. The covered veranda has built-in soft seating and an eight-seater dining set, providing a perfect spot for al fresco dining and relaxation. A barbecue area adds a touch of culinary delight to the outdoor experience. Take a walk through the gardens to a tiled terrace that hosts a private step entry swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers. A pergola houses a relaxing L-shaped soft seating set, and a coffee table, the hot spot for sun set sundowners.
The Trullo Poesia is equipped with essential facilities, including complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi, smoke detectors, CO2 detectors, and on-site parking. For added convenience, mosquito nets are in place, and the villa offers the option of engaging a private chef, cooking lessons, and baby amenities, all subject to charges. Heating is provided based on consumption, and airport transfers can be arranged upon request.
