A charming alcove houses a double bed, offering a unique and intimate sleeping nook. The villa includes a bathroom with a shower for convenience and comfort. Adjacent to this, there is a second living room complete with a dining table, chairs, and a welcoming fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchenette caters to all your culinary needs, featuring a washing machine and dishwasher for added ease. The annexe offers additional privacy with a bedroom furnished with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Stepping outside, you'll be greeted by a stunning swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the Italian sun. The expansive outdoor lounge area, with its cosy sofas, provides an excellent spot for unwinding and enjoying the surroundings. An outdoor shower offers a refreshing rinse after a dip in the pool. The covered terrace, equipped with a dining table, is ideal for alfresco meals, allowing you to dine comfortably in the shade. The outdoor kitchen, complete with a BBQ, invites you to savour the flavours of Italy under the stars, making every meal a delightful experience.
