Casa Pinnacolo is located near the historic town of Ostuni in Puglia on Italy’s south coast. This impressive property has a two-bedroom main house and a two-bedroom separate annexe that accommodates up to ten guests. It’s perfect for large family holidays, two families sharing, or a group of friends getaway. The one-storey detached houses sit on gorgeous grounds with meticulously maintained lawn gardens, an ancient olive grove and fragrant fig trees.
Enter the main house, where you will be welcomed by a light and airy open-plan living area with French doors that open onto the pool terrace and gardens. The seating area has an L-shaped sofa, which can transform into a bed suitable for one adult or two children, and in the evening, the space can be curtained off for privacy. The adjacent white dining set seats six, perfect for informal indoor entertaining. The modern kitchen is small but beautifully formed and equipped with everything you need to cater for your holiday, including an oven and hob, fridge freezer, and a dishwasher. Two bedrooms have double beds and private shower rooms with hand basins, bidets, and WCs. Additionally, there’s a family bathroom with a bath, hand basin, bidet, and WC.
Cross the garden to the independent annexe with two bedrooms with double beds and a separate bathroom with a hand basin, bidet, and WC. A patio is home to a soft seating area, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or sunset cocktail.
Step outside and admire the mature gardens, with lush green lawns, olive groves, and fig trees. The sixty square metre step entry, private swimming pool takes centre stage. The pool is surrounded by relaxing sun loungers, a hammock, and a cooling-down outdoor shower. A pavilion with a soft seating area is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine and catching up with this season’s best seller. Meet at dusk under the pergola, where there is a fully-equipped summer kitchen and ten-seater dining set, and enjoy supper under the stars.
