Formally a farmhouse, the villa was completely restored in 1989 by the owner, celebrating the stunning views, setting and the region's rich culture. As you step inside, you will immediately feel at home in this traditional villa, which comfortably accommodates ten guests. The spacious interiors blend character and charm with antique furniture, vibrant ceramics, and original details. On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen and dining area are perfect for social meals, while the inviting lounge, complete with a cosy fireplace and TV, is a lovely spot to unwind.
On the first floor, the four bedrooms are generously sized and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. You can step out to a small terrace from the French windows to enjoy the view of the garden and the sea.
Outside, the large garden, which spans over 3,000 m², is a real highlight. The beautiful infinity pool seems to merge with the sea, making it the perfect place to relax and soak in the panoramic vistas. Several terraces offer ample space for dining al fresco, while comfortable wicker seating invites you to sit back and enjoy the scenery. A charming pizza oven and barbecue area are also perfect for evening meals with family and friends.
