Casa Le Mone is a wonderful, well-appointed semi-detached villa located in Meina, on the beautiful shores of Lake Maggiore. With a spacious 180 m² layout, this recently renovated villa accommodates 4 to 8 guests across three inviting bedrooms. The open-plan living area includes comfortable seating spaces, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, creating a relaxed environment for family gatherings. Large windows provide ample natural light and beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The villa also features a private garden with a shaded terrace, ideal for outdoor meals. Guests can enjoy shared amenities within the gated community, including a large swimming pool, tennis court, and expansive lawns that lead directly to the lake’s edge. The villa’s location offers easy access to the village of Meina, where guests will find local shops and restaurants. The town of Arona is just a short drive away, offering additional dining, shopping, and ferry services to explore the nearby attractions of Lake Maggiore. Stresa, a popular lakeside town, is also easily reachable and offers a variety of cultural sites and regular ferry connections.

Flexible during all other periods. /n End of stay cleaning included? /n No. €250 per week, payable locally. This is for a standard changeover clean. Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Smoking Allowed? /n Outside only. /n Minimum stay /n 7 nights. All other durations on request. /n Heating costs included? /n Extra cost based on consumption, payable locally.
