Villa Cartiera is an enchanting 8-bedroom estate by Lake Garda, offering accommodation for up to 16 guests in a relaxing, park-like setting. Set within 21,000 m² of fenced, pet-friendly grounds, the villa enjoys a bucolic atmosphere with olive groves, a small lake, and panoramic views of Lake Garda from select bedrooms and outdoor areas.
The 350 m² villa is divided into three separate units: a spacious main apartment with six bedrooms and two independent studio apartments. It is ideal for large groups who value both togetherness and privacy. Interiors blend rustic charm with modern comfort, featuring exposed stone walls, terracotta floors, and wooden ceilings. There are eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms, with air conditioning in the two studio apartments and the two second-floor lake-view bedrooms.
Facilities include three indoor kitchens and a fourth fully equipped outdoor kitchen under a covered porch, perfect for al fresco dining. The porch seats 18 guests and features a fireplace and a large gas barbecue. A private pool with sun loungers, outdoor lounge seating, and two laundry rooms add to the villa's appeal.
Located just minutes from Toscolano Maderno and Gargnano, Villa Cartiera offers a retreat with easy access to Lake Garda's beaches, villages, and activities. /n Security deposit /n There is no security deposit, however guests need to pay a non-refundable 'Damage Waiver Fee' of €7 per day per villa, payable locally (as a form of insurance - full policy details are available on request). /n Arrival time /n 3.00 p.m. Check-in outside this time may be subject to an extra cost.
