The villa is spread over two levels. The ground floor features three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite, two bathrooms, a laundry area, and a kitchenette ideal for outdoor dining. Upstairs, the spacious living area opens onto a panoramic terrace with lake views, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area, and the master bedroom with en-suite and private terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and filled with natural light, with direct access to the garden or terrace.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool with a diving board and beach-style entry, a large flat garden with olive trees, a bowling green, and a table tennis area. The shaded dining terrace, lounge area, and gas barbecue make this a perfect setting for al fresco meals.
