La Carbonera is a contemporary retreat designed for relaxed living, just a 10-minute walk from the lake and the heart of Manerba del Garda. This stylish villa offers a relaxing base for up to 8 guests, combining modern convenience with scenic surroundings. Set within an exclusive residential area, it provides easy access to local beaches, restaurants and village charm. The villa is spread over two levels. The ground floor features three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite, two bathrooms, a laundry area, and a kitchenette ideal for outdoor dining. Upstairs, the spacious living area opens onto a panoramic terrace with lake views, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area, and the master bedroom with en-suite and private terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and filled with natural light, with direct access to the garden or terrace. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool with a diving board and beach-style entry, a large flat garden with olive trees, a bowling green, and a table tennis area. The shaded dining terrace, lounge area, and gas barbecue make this a perfect setting for al fresco meals. With Wi-Fi, satellite TV, private parking, and every essential provided, Villa Cavallino Nero delivers a complete and effortless Lake Garda holiday. /n Security deposit /n There is no security deposit, however guests need to pay a non-refundable 'Damage Waiver Fee' of €7 per day per villa, payable locally (as a form of insurance - full policy details are available on request). /n Arrival time /n 3.00 p.m. Check-in outside this time may be subject to an extra cost. Please enquire for more details. /n Departure time /n 10.00 a.m. /n Energy costs included? /n Yes. /n Linen & towels included? /n Yes. /n Pets welcome? /n On request only and with prior agreement with the owner.
