The excellent location, close to the beach and local amenities, makes Villa Carat a great choice. Peaceful Gennadi lies around 25 minutes’ drive south of Lindos, home of the famous Lindos Acropolis, and has a long stretch of sand and pebble beach, as well as a selection of cafés and restaurants, just a short walk from the villa.
Around the pool area, you have plenty of outdoor seating, sun loungers and a barbecue. The villa’s pretty gardens add even more charm, and step access to the swimming pool makes it easy for everyone to enjoy.
Inside the house, you have light and airy living spaces with comfortable furniture. The lounge is equipped with air-conditioning and a ceiling fan, and offers satellite TV and a DVD and CD player. A pair of sofas can be used as sofa-beds. A well-equipped kitchen and dining area can also be found on the same floor, equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and everything else you may need.
Two double bedrooms are also well-appointed, each with its own bathroom and access to the upper terrace, where you have seating and a lovely view.
The centre of Gennadi lies around 1.5km from the villa, and many of the island’s top sights are within easy driving distance. Among them, the Valley of the Butterflies, the Seven Springs and the town which shares the island’s name.
