The property offers its own private pool and spacious garden, with a poolside terrace decked out with sun loungers and parasols. You can enjoy some time in the sun while younger guests enjoy the children’s play area, which has a slide and swings suitable for young children. With the beach just 70m away, the views are excellent too.
Inside the house, you have a spacious lounge on the upper level, complete with two sofas, an armchair and TV with DVD and satellite channels. This open-plan space also incorporates a dining area with seating for six, and an attractive kitchen with a large fridge freezer, oven and other appliances. Out on the balcony terrace, you have another table and chairs, perfect for drinks as you admire the view of the Aegean Sea.
The two double bedrooms on the lower level give you access to another balcony area beside the pool. You also have a bathroom with a spacious shower, on the upper floor. With other features including a barbecue, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi, plus free parking on site, this villa has all you will need, and it’s easy to reach – Skiathos International Airport is a 25-minute drive away.
Villa Alexio 1’s location makes it easy to get around Skiathos, exploring the dozens of beaches which are the highlight of this captivating island. The best-known of these, Koukounaries, has been rated amongst the world’s most beautiful and can get busy, while the one outside your villa, Aselinos, is quieter and charming, with its own waterfront tavern.
While Skiathos town is within easy driving distance, you may prefer to take it even easier with a boat trip down the coast.
