The villa is located just 800m from the resort of Aghios Stefanos, boasting handy tavernas serving delicious local food and a minimarket, brilliant for picking up some essentials. The villa boasts beautiful, minimalist interiors, combining modern amenities with traditional Cycladic style, remaining elegant and luxurious while still possessing all the necessary modern facilities for a more than comfortable stay. Houlakia Beach Villa can sleep up to eight guests across four spacious, bedrooms split over two levels. On the ground floor, is the main living accommodation comprising of an open-plan living and dining room and a fitted, fully equipped kitchen. Also on this level is one of the double bedrooms which comes complete with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, are the remaining three double bedrooms, one of which has access to a private balcony from which the beautiful views can be enjoyed. The remaining two double bedrooms both boast ensuite facilities.
Outside, the private infinity style private swimming pool is sheltered by any north winds and as a result makes the perfect spot from which to enjoy the magnificent sea views over Delos island and the sparkling Aegean Sea.
