South of Toulouse, on the edge of the Ariege, in the parish of St Ybars, you will find Chateau Ariege. Built around the middle of the 19th century for the Baronne de Nomazy, the beautiful Château is surrounded by its own woods and parkland, making it a haven of relaxation. The Chateau itself has five comfortable bedrooms all ensuite. Behind the Chateau is the Old Coach House, which has been converted into two Gites. The Chateau can be rented separately or with the two gites (please see Chateau Ariege Estate), in both cases with exclusive use of the grounds. The property sits in 25 acres of grounds with beautiful views, a large pool and a tennis court. It is ideal for large family groups, special parties and small business functions. It offers space to reflect and unwind all year round. /n Security deposit /n £1000. This is paid prior to arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection. /n Arrival time /n 16.00 /n Departure time /n 10.00 /n Energy costs included? /n From October to April heating is charged to expenditure. /n Linen & towels included? /n Linen and towels are all provided, including pool towels. /n Pets welcome? /n Not allowed. /n Changeover day /n Saturday. /n End of stay cleaning included? /n Included. /n Smoking Allowed? /n No smoking inside the Chateau. /n Insurance /n It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property. /n Other Ts and Cs /n The Gites will not be rented to other parties. Guests will have exclusive use of the chateau and its entire grounds.
