Sarlat-la-Canéda, or simply Sarlat, is a commune in the Dordogne department in Aquitaine in southwestern France.

This entirely refurbished studio offers exceptional volumes. With a ceiling height of over 3.50 m, this property offers access to:

A main room, decorated in refined tones with an ivory-coloured four poster King size bed (160cm), a sitting area with grey armchairs and a clock coffee table to have your tea on time, a stone-built fireplace with a dining table grafted into the hearth.
Leading off from here is a separate, fully fitted and equipped kitchen.
A shower room with a spacious shower studded with black and red mosaics.
This property is exceptional, offering a beautifully bright and comfortable place to live in.
