Aix en Provence surroundings

Puyricard is an agglomeration in the Bouches-du-Rhône département in Provence in the south of France, dependent on the town of Aix-en-Provence, approximately 10 km to the north. It has developed around the old village of Puyricard, which dates back to medieval times

Description

Imagine children playing in the pool, long summer evenings at the table under the gazebo, and the scents of Provence – this is a great place holiday with your family in the sun. The villa is in Puyricard commune, only a few kilometers from Aix-en-Provence. Discreetly semi-detached, it is sheltered from the neighbors by a thick hedge which guarantees complete privacy.

Well-equipped and decorated, and furnished with care, the villa is organized over two levels:

Ground floor:

- Living space with TV room, relaxing living room, and dining room, all open to the terrace and garden
- Separate American kitchen, fully equipped, leading straight outside
- Double bedroom leading out to the garden
- Bathroom
- Separate toilets

First floor:

- Three double bedrooms
- Bathroom
- Separate toilets

Rental of the villa includes the following services - linens, sheets, and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made on arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included with the rental, along with cleaning on departure. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a gourmet food basket in the kitchen. The villa is in Puyricard commune, which is an outlying village from Aix-en-Provence. You will find all the services in this residential neighbourhood. You are in a calm area (the nearby railway line is the only sporadic noise pollution) while benefiting from the proximity to the Provencal capital and its many attractions. Visit Cezanne’s workshop, follow his footsteps trailing round the little streets in the old town, sit down at one of the terraces on the Cours Mirabeau Boulevard, and stroll around the large Provencal market, on every Saturday.

There are so many possible trips in the surrounding areas - don’t miss Sainte-Victoire Mountain, a trip to Silvacane Abbey, nor the vineyards. You’re barely an hour from the sea and rock pools at Luberon and Alpilles – right in the heart of Provence.

The TGV station is 30 minutes from the house, as is Marseille airport.
