There’s a bi-weekly organic market that’s a leisurely 10 minutes away on boulevard Raspail, and the bustle of rue de Buci’s daily vegetable market, butcher, florist and local delivery supermarket at the end of the rue du Seine. The Luxembourg gardens lie 10 minutes directly south by foot. ** We are happy to accommodate children aged 12 and older in this property.
** As a special design feature, the master bedroom and the bathroom are open to each other, and there is no door for the bathroom. There is still some privacy provided by a wall between the two rooms.
** The side of the bathtub in the master bathroom is very high and requires a large step to get in and out. An elderly person or child may need extra assistance with this tub.
