** Please note: We are happy to welcome children aged 8 and older in this apartment.
** Please note that access to this apartment can be a bit tricky and is not for those who have trouble walking and climbing. You must take the elevator to the 4th floor, climb 1 flight of stairs to the 5th, and walk down a long windy hallway to the apartment. This hallway is quite tired and worn and needs needs some TLC (tender loving care). It is scheduled to be repainted sometime soon although no date has been set. The luxe level of the flat is well worth the inconvenience of the stairs and the hallway. Alternatively, there is a staircase that winds up the five stories directly to the door of the apartment. The famous Bon Marché and Monoprix supermarkets are close by and deliver, as do many of the local supermarkets and specialty shops.
