A 10-minute walk will take you to the Ile St. Louis, and a few minutes beyond that lies the Latin Quarter and St-Germain-des-Près. Or you can go up rue de Rivoli toward the Louvre and beyond that, the Tuileries gardens. Of course, you are also only a 2 minute walk from the Metro Line 1 at St. Paul, and 3 blocks from the beautiful Place des Vosges.
