bedrooms 1 and 2 are located one above the other in an open space, with en-suite bathrooms, windows with shutters that close. It is a loft type space and when you are in the bedroom you do not see the other bedroom but you can talk to each other.
Bedroom 1 above has a queen size bed 180x190 cm (ensuite bathroom 1 with bathtub and separate toilets)
Bedroom 2 below has 2 single beds 90x190 cm that can also be arranged side by side to form a double bed (ensuite bathroom 2 with shower and separate toilets)
Please note that bedroom 3 is totally insulated with doors that close. There are electrically operated venting valves that can be used to ventilate the rooms in the basement.
Bedroom 3 in the basement has a queen size bed 160x190 cm and 2 single beds 90x190 cm.
If the 4 people in bedroom 3 prefer a little more privacy, the 2 single beds can be arranged in bathroom 3 (This bathroom is more humid, it can serve as extra bed but ideally it is rather intended to be just an ensuite bathroom to bedroom 3 with shower and toilet separated by a curtain). if you prefer, an extra bedding can also be organized on request in the living room (no window blinds), thank you to specify it before the arrival.
Please note that this apartment is "High standard" fancy apt, but consider the rooms downstairs are made in a basement / vaulted cellars below street level and that, because of humidity issues, they are offered for sleeping as an extra possibility. Please consider the rates are calculated taking account of that reality.
It's nice in summer when it's very hot outside, as these rooms stay cooler. Avoid the winter for people who can not stand the humidity. Of course all the rooms are heated if necessary.
Please note that it is forbidden to organize parties in this apartment (neighbors are sensitive to noise in this private mansion). Thank you for your understanding.
