** This apartment is a duplex and has an interior stairway. This may be a problem for small children or anyone who has trouble walking or climbing stairs. Additionally, there is a loft space, with a railing, overlooking the main living area. Children should not be left unattended. You would know best whether you would be comfortable having your children in this apartment.
