This modern and spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets and is perfect for large families or groups visiting the city.
Fully air-conditioned, accessible by elevator, this apartment can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably!
With a fully equipped kitchen and all the appliances you would expect, this apartment is perfect for leisure stays as well as those traveling to Paris for business - we promise you will feel right at home!
It is located in a very secure building. As soon as you enter the courtyard, you are under the protection of CCTV cameras and the guard on site. To access the building in which the apartment is located, you will need a code that only residents have.
Pets are not accepted.
Access
Once the keys are given, travelers have full and free access to the apartment.
All the equipment, appliances and small household items are at your disposal to make you feel at home!
A cot and a high chair can be provided on request for an additional €40 each for the total duration of the stay.
Interaction with travelers
Our team will welcome you in the apartment the day of your arrival.
During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings.
After check-in, you can take your place in the apartment, and we remain at your disposal by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
In case of problem or need for information, our office and our team colleagues are not very far from the apartment.
Neighborhood
The Grevin Museum is a stone's throw from the apartment.
Rue Sainte Anne, known for its Asian cuisine, is just a 5-minute walk away.
The location is also perfect for all ages to soak up the Parisian atmosphere with the bars, restaurants and cafes that overwhelm the rue du Boulevard Montmartre.
We advise you to visit the tourist places outside Paris as well as the Palace of Versailles.
You can even take the children to Disneyland via the direct RER A located 10 minutes walk from Auber station.
For the little ones, we recommend the "Head in the Clouds" arcade located opposite the Boulevard.
For shopaholics: Les Printemps, Galeries Lafayette and Citadium are located 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
Its central location makes it perfect for tourists discovering the French capital on foot for the first time, being close to many landmarks and famous places such as Opéra Garnier, Place Vendome, Concorde and Le Jardin des Tuileries, Le Musée du Louvre, The Royal Palace, Orangerie Museum, Montmartre Sacré Coeur...

You can even explore the city by bike (VELIB) as there is a station located one minute walk from the apartment.

Check-in is after 4:00 p.m.
It is possible to access the accommodation outside these hours, depending on availability.
You will be asked for an ID upon arrival.
