The following hotel-standard services are included over the course of your stay: household linen, towels and bed sheets, welcome basket with an assortment of coffees and teas, cosmetic products, weekly cleaning and full clean on departure. Welcome to our charming Provençal mas. Located at the highest point of the village of Mougins, the mas offers a sea view. In the garden, you can take advantage of a large 9x4m swimming pool, a shaded terrace, deck chairs… The pool house and its fully equipped summer kitchen allow you to soak up the Mediterranean sunshine at any time of the day. Tastefully and stylishly decorated, the house has 3 floors. On the ground floor, you will find a huge living cum dining room with a fireplace, a large table which can accommodate up to 8 people, a flat screen TV with TNT hook-up and a hi-fi system. You’ll also find a fully equipped American kitchen. Through the garden you can access two bedrooms, each with a double bed. These rooms are not communicating with the rest of the ground floor, which gives them a very private and quiet side. On the first floor, you’ll find a large master bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom (shower and bathtub) complete with separate WC. Then, at garden level you’ll find the other bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (2x80) containing a washroom with a wash basin and WC, and 2 bedrooms with a double bed each with access to a washroom and a WC. The garden level is separate from the house itself and overlooks the garden and the pool. The town of Mougins is very easy to get to, whether you arrive by plane (barely 30 minutes from Nice airport), by train (15 minutes from Cannes TGV train station) or by car (the town has a motorway exit). The house is located in the town of Mougins. It’s definitely worth a look: the town is rich with touristic opportunities: you’ll find there a charming medieval village and numerous Michelin starred restaurants. The International Festival of Gastronomy is also held there every September. This is due to the exceptional nature of the town: between towns and landscapes, there is no lack of places of interest. You can take advantage of the neighbouring town of Cannes to stroll along the famous Croisette. Let’s not forget Antibes and its Marineland water park where you can bring both young and young-at-heart to admire the dolphins, killer whales and exotic marine creatures. Last but not least, Grasse is worth a look, capital of perfume and flavour and an important town for art and history. For your nature activities, the town itself has a lot on offer: the beach is less than 15 minutes away, several golf clubs are within 5 minutes distance, and many hiking trails will charm walking enthusiasts and allow them to discover a truly exceptional landscape.
